Answers to the questions customers ask most about our services and capabilities

How long does mold development usually take?

Simple molds take 15-20 days; complex molds 25-35 days, depending on part geometry, mold size and tolerance. We confirm an exact schedule after evaluation.

What is your MOQ?

No MOQ for mold development. Die castings typically start at 500 pcs, negotiable by part and process. Low-volume prototyping is welcome.

Can you provide samples?

Yes. T0/T1 trial shots are free after mold completion; standalone prototyping carries a sample fee, refundable once volume reaches the agreed quantity.

What payment terms do you accept?

Mold: 50% deposit, 50% after successful sampling. Production: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Credit terms negotiable for long-term partners. T/T, WeChat Pay and Alipay accepted.

How are quality issues handled?

For defects on our account we repair, replace or refund free of charge including freight. Non-human mold damage within warranty is repaired free so your production is never interrupted.

Do you export? Which trade terms?

Yes — we ship worldwide. EXW/FOB/CIF supported. We assist with customs and inspection paperwork and provide English drawings and inspection reports.
