Terms of Sale & Use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Contract formation
Prices and specifications shown on this website are indicative. A binding sale is formed when Kexin issues a proforma invoice (PI) or order confirmation and the buyer accepts it and pays according to the stated terms. Displaying a product on the site is an invitation to treat, not an offer.
2. Prices & taxes
Prices are quoted in USD, ex-works Jiangmen unless the PI states otherwise (FOB/DAP available). Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
3. Payment
Accepted methods: T/T bank transfer, and card payments through secure licensed third-party checkout services (e.g. WorldFirst, LianLian). For sample and stock orders, payment in full before dispatch; for mold/tooling orders per PI milestone terms (typically 50% deposit, 50% before shipment).
4. Lead time, shipping & risk
Dispatch time is stated on the PI (stock items typically 1–3 working days). Risk passes to the buyer when goods are handed to the first carrier, per the Incoterms on the PI. Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment.
5. Intellectual property
All content, product designs and tooling drawings on this site are owned by Kexin. Customer-supplied artwork remains the customer's, and the customer warrants it holds the rights to it.
6. Liability
Kexin's total liability for any order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by force majeure (pandemic, war, customs hold, carrier delay, raw-material shortage).
7. Compliance
Buyers must comply with their local import and product regulations. Products must not be resold in violation of any applicable law.
8. Governing law & disputes
These terms and all orders are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first seek amicable negotiation; failing that, disputes go to the competent courts of Jiangmen, Guangdong.
